Meet Nadine

“Therapy with me isn't performative or school— it's more like kicking off your shoes in a room that doesn’t expect anything from you.”

Grounded in experience, guided by care

With nearly two decades in mental health, Nadine brings a steady hand and a deep understanding of how healing unfolds—no rush, no pressure.

People person, through and through

Nadine has a gift for relationships, making people feel seen, heard, and safe. Therapy feels warming, like your favourite cardigan.

Doesn’t follow a script.

She tunes in to You! Shifting her pace, interventions and style unique to what ails you. Creating space that feels natural, not clinical.

Big-picture thinking, grounded in ethics

She brings compassion, respect, and zero judgment to every session. Therapy is about honouring your authentic self—not changing who you are.

culture & life experience

Lived experience of mental health issues and neurodivergence.
