Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) provides us with a curious, welcoming, non judgmental approach to self discovery and healing. Derived from the concept of natural multiplicity of the mind - IFS incorporates the real impact of past life experiences that shaped our coping with the world from the very beginning. IFS involves deeper reconnection with your core Self, and seeks to explain why we behave, think, feel or respond in ways that feels contradictory to our personal greater good as an adult. We intentionally tune in to understand the roles and strategies of the Protective System while we work to gain trust, respect and collaboration with All Parts as they show up along your healing journey.

Inner Parts & Nervous System work
IFS Informed EMDR, is an emerging integration of two world-renowned psychotherapy frameworks. Together they are a Psychotherapy Superpower of interventions, evidence based to treat traumatic memory (or recent) experience and nervous system responses: Internal Family Systems and Eye-Movement Desentization & Reprocessing. Both frameworks are regulated by their international governing bodies: EMDR-IA and the Internal Family Systems Institute (IFSI). The first EMDRIA and IFSI Approved IFS-Informed EMDR Certification program officially launched in the US as of January, 2025. We have partnered with a seasoned consultant (LPC, LMHC), to guide and support our continuous growth in this cutting edge clinical work with clients. Our consultant is a certified EMDR therapist & consultant; a certified Level 2 IFS therapist & trainer. She is also faculty at the Trauma Therapist Institute.
